TURINABO10 — IN DEPTH.
What 4-Chlorodehydromethyltestosterone is
4-Chlorodehydromethyltestosterone — universally abbreviated to "Tbol" or "OT" and historically marketed as "Oral Turinabol" by VEB Jenapharm — is a 17α-alkylated derivative of methandienone (Dianabol) with an added 4-chloro substituent that abolishes its aromatising activity. It is the compound at the centre of the State Plan 14.25 doping programme that powered East Germany's 1970s and 1980s sports results.
Pharmacology and kinetics
Oral half-life is approximately sixteen hours — longer than most other 17α-alkylated orals, allowing once-daily dosing while still producing stable blood levels. Turinabol does not aromatise to estradiol and has very low androgenic activity, which is the source of its reputation as a clean, dry strength compound. It is 17α-alkylated, so liver support and limited cycle length apply.
Where it fits in a cycle
Turinabol is a lean-strength oral, used either as a 6–8-week kick-start to a long-ester injectable cycle or as a standalone for athletes who need to add strength without visible mass or water retention. Typical doses are 30–60 mg per day — with Turinabo 10 mg capsules, that is 3–6 capsules daily.
What to expect
A clean, gradual rise in strength, mild lean-tissue accrual, no water retention, no estrogen-related side effects, and a noticeable improvement in training capacity. HPTA suppression is real and SERM-based PCT is required after any cycle.
Blackbird Pharma's preparation
Turinabo 10 is supplied as 100 oral capsules of micronised 4-chlorodehydromethyltestosterone in microcrystalline cellulose with a gelatin shell. Independent EU laboratory analysis is published on the lab-results page for the current active batch.
