We source our raw ingredients from the most reputable sources in the industry. Our sources provide the same raw ingredients that all of the major pharmaceutical companies are using. This ensures that most of our raw ingredients are over 99% pure. We also compensate the slight impurities by dosing the active ingredient slightly higher.
We also perform simple yet accurate physical testing of every incoming batch of raw ingredients, to ensure that we have received the ordered highly pure active pharmaceuticals.
We care for complete safety of our products. Before every batch, every tool and container is sterilized using an autoclave. Every work surface is wiped clean with an alcohol disinfectant. We work in sterile gloves and wearing a respirator. Work is done in a laminar flow cabinet, to protect the product from particulates and pathogens in the air. And for further protection of our injectable products, a small amount of benzyl alcohol is added, to ensure complete safety of use and long-term storage of our products.
The solution is vacuum filtered through a 0.22 μm membrane filter before filling, capturing any particulates and pathogens that might have been present.
Our manufacturing line for injectables uses heat-resistant and non-reactive materials, containers and tools in production. We have selected carrier oils and solvents that are non-inflammatory for the human body, for the wellbeing of our users. Our injectable mixtures are heated for the shortest period of time possible and only up to the melting point of the hormone ester. Our formulations contain carrier oils with smoke points well above the melting points of the used hormone esters.
The right pair of a carrier oil to a hormone ester is crucial to provide a perfectly timed release of the active pharmaceutical. The faster acting, shorter hormone esters are prepared in carrier oils with lower viscosity and a higher rate or absorbtion, while the longer esters are prepared in more moderate-to-high viscosity carrier oils.
Our orally active pharmaceuticals are also made using natural, well tolerated ingredients- microcrystalline cellulose as a filler and gelatin capsules.
