NANDRO PP100 — IN DEPTH.
What Nandrolone Phenylpropionate is
Nandrolone Phenylpropionate, abbreviated NPP, is the short-ester sibling of nandrolone decanoate. The phenylpropionate ester releases the active nandrolone hormone within hours to days, giving NPP a much faster onset and much shorter clearance time than deca.
Pharmacology and kinetics
Effective half-life is approximately three days. Every-other-day or every-third-day dosing is standard. The faster pharmacokinetic profile means peak effects build within 1–2 weeks instead of the 4–6 weeks deca needs, and the compound clears from the body in 2–3 weeks instead of 6–8.
Where it fits in a cycle
NPP is the right nandrolone for shorter cycles, controlled-water-retention recomposition phases, and athletes who want the joint-and-mass benefits of nandrolone without committing to a long-ester profile. Typical doses are 100 mg every other day (350 mg per week), run alongside an equal or higher dose of testosterone. It pairs well with masteron propionate or trenbolone acetate in cutting and contest stacks.
What to expect
Lean-mass gains, improved joint comfort and recovery, with a smoother subjective feel than the long decanoate ester. Same side-effect profile as deca — prolactin elevation in sensitive users, HPTA suppression, mild estrogenic activity — but the shorter ester makes it easier to control if anything goes wrong. PCT can begin within 7–10 days of the last injection.
