TESTO UD200 — IN DEPTH.
What Testosterone Undecanoate is
Testosterone Undecanoate is the longest-acting injectable testosterone ester in clinical use. The undecanoate ester is an eleven-carbon fatty-acid chain that releases testosterone over several weeks, making it the active ingredient in long-interval hormone-replacement preparations such as Nebido and Aveed.
Pharmacology and kinetics
After deep intramuscular injection of Testo UD200, the undecanoate ester is liberated slowly from the castor-oil depot. Effective terminal half-life is approximately 21–34 days, and steady-state serum levels are reached after 3–4 doses. Recommended administration is one 1000 mg loading dose, followed by another at six weeks, then maintenance every 10–14 weeks under medical supervision.
Where it fits in a cycle
Testosterone undecanoate is primarily a TRT compound, not a bodybuilding base. Its main appeal is the elimination of weekly injections and the production of an extremely smooth serum profile with minimal trough symptoms. Some athletes use it on long blast-and-cruise protocols, but the long ester makes it unsuitable for cycles that need to be stopped quickly.
What to expect
Stable testosterone levels for months at a time, with the same therapeutic effects as any other testosterone ester — increased lean mass, libido, training drive, recovery and erythropoiesis. The slow loading phase means it can take 2–3 doses to feel the full effect.
Blackbird Pharma's preparation
Testo UD200 is dissolved in pharmaceutical-grade castor oil with benzyl benzoate as a co-solvent — the same carrier system used in licensed European TU products. The high-viscosity castor-oil base requires deep IM injection in a large muscle group (gluteus medius is preferred). Each batch is filtered to 0.22 µm and supported by an independent EU laboratory certificate of analysis.
