MASTERO P100 — IN DEPTH.
What Drostanolone Propionate is
Drostanolone Propionate, marketed historically as Masteron, is a DHT-derived injectable anabolic-androgenic steroid attached to a short propionate ester. Because it is already 5α-reduced, drostanolone cannot aromatise to estradiol — the molecular feature that makes it the prototypical "dry" cosmetic compound.
Pharmacology and kinetics
Effective half-life of Mastero P100 is approximately two days. Every-other-day or every-third-day injections produce stable serum levels. As a DHT derivative, drostanolone has mild anti-estrogenic activity at the receptor level, which is why it is sometimes used as a partial substitute for an aromatase inhibitor on testosterone-heavy cycles.
Where it fits in a cycle
Masteron is a contest-prep and recomposition compound, not a mass-builder. It is most effective in the final 4–8 weeks of a cut, when body fat is already low — the "hardness and dryness" effect users describe is only visible at sub-12% body fat. Typical doses are 100 mg every other day (350 mg per week), stacked with testosterone propionate, trenbolone acetate or oral oxandrolone.
What to expect
A noticeably harder, drier physique with sharper muscle separation when body fat is already low; mild strength gains; a slight anti-estrogenic effect on circulating estradiol; minimal impact on lean mass at typical doses. As a DHT derivative, drostanolone can accelerate male-pattern hair shedding in genetically predisposed users and is a poor fit for anyone with a family history of androgenic alopecia.
Blackbird Pharma's preparation
Mastero P100 is suspended in pharmaceutical-grade MCT oil with benzyl benzoate and benzyl alcohol co-solvents to minimise post-injection discomfort. Each batch is sterile-filtered to 0.22 µm and supported by an independent EU laboratory certificate of analysis.
